Roberto Munoz presented a memo recommending that the district formally adopt the National Incident Management System (NIMS) as its standard framework for emergency management and incident response. "Consider approval of the Formal Adoption of the National Incident Management System (NIMS) Resolution," Munoz stated, and the board approved the resolution by unanimous motion.
