Angleton ISD recognizes students for state and national achievement across math and CTE programs
The board recognized elementary students scoring in the 98th percentile on MAPS/SAGES and Career & Technical Education participants who qualified for state and national contests including FFA, DECA, SkillsUSA, FCCLA, TAFE and Greenpower USA.

District staff highlighted student accomplishments in mathematics and career-technical programs during the May 19 meeting. "These 2nd and 3rd-grade AISD students scored among the top 2% in math – or in the 98th percentile – on the MAPS exam or SAGES Gifted Assessment," administrators said, and a group of CTE teams were recognized for qualifying for state and national competitions.
