City planner Clarissa told the board the property subject to VA2026-09 had a history of notices and was officially condemned on March 12, 2026, and she described the Board of Building Standards’ 30/60 timeline for condemned structures: 30 days to obtain estimates and a building permit/start work and 60 days to achieve rough inspections, otherwise demolition may be ordered.
