Votes at a glance: Fraser Planning Commission (Filing 2 and wildfire code)
At its February meeting the commission (1) recommended approval of Grand Park West — West Mountain Filing 2 (resolution 20260201) with conditions including a trail requirement and design review for buildings over 50 feet; and (2) recommended adoption of the Colorado Wildfire Resiliency Code provisions and defensible-space standards (resolution 20260202). Both motions passed on voice votes.
