The board adopted Resolution No. 2186 to establish the authority's procurement policy at the June 24 meeting. Commissioner Carol Clyde moved for approval and Commissioner Dana Redburn seconded; the vote was recorded as ayes from Commissioners Jim Bickel, Dana Redburn, Carol Clyde and Chairperson Kodie Schmitt. Amanda Davis was absent.
