The board approved contract awards for Program and Project Management Services tied to the district's $245 million bond program. Tory McVay moved and April Olson seconded the motion to award a contract to Cornerstone Management Group for Program and Project Management Services and to award a contract to R&C Management Group for Project Management Services; the board recorded an estimated combined cost not to exceed $6 million. The motion passed 6–0.
