River Ridge awards $1.11 million contract for multi-phase drainage improvements
The Board approved Clark Construction’s not-to-exceed bid of $1,111,860 (including an added 5% contingency) to complete four phases of stormwater/drainage improvements covering Oak Run, Turnberry, Palmetto Dunes and Seaside IV.

District Engineer Charlie Krebs and District staff reviewed competing bids and recommended award of the River Ridge Phase 2 Drainage Improvement work covering four project areas. Krebs described unit-cost items and identified locations and likely quantities where contingency funds would be applied.
