The Board of Education of Independent School District No. 51 (Foley ISD 51) voted unanimously to enter a closed session at its special meeting on Jan. 8, 2026, to discuss litigation strategy related to OAH Docket No. 21-1300-4145 and educational data. Chair Pamela Vizenor called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m. at the Foley Intermediate School Media Center.
