Council on July 20 authorized a second Lease Modification and Extension Agreement between Reeb Funeral Home (lessor) and the City of Sylvania for the park area at Main and Maplewood by passing Ordinance No. 103-2026 as an emergency measure. Lyndsey Stough read the ordinance title and moved for passage; the roll-call vote was unanimous among members present.
