Following a presentation by CFO Norma Friddle, trustees approved a General Fund budget amendment by motion of Trustee David Stasny and seconded by Trustee Felicia Benford; the vote was 7–0.

Chief Financial Officer Norma Friddle presented a proposed budget amendment to the General Fund during the special meeting. Trustee David Stasny moved to approve the amendment and Trustee Felicia Benford seconded; the board approved the amendment unanimously (7–0).
