At its Aug. 13 meeting the commission approved minutes for July 9, 2026; approved a home-occupation CUP for Lam Hair Salon (application 2026-0154-USE); and approved the Kimbell Station site plan (2025-0263-SP) and preliminary subdivision plat (2025-0262-SUB). All motions passed unanimously.
