Following a closed session on personnel under the Texas Open Meetings Act, trustees approved contracts for Department Directors (MOTION #160208), returning to open session and voting 6-0 at 8:24 p.m.

The board entered closed session at 7:38 p.m. to discuss personnel in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act (Texas Government Code Chapter 551). Trustees and Brad Owen were present in closed session for consideration of Department Directors contracts (SEG 066–068).
