The Boone County Board of Commissioners approved Payment Application #3 from A & R Construction Co. for work on the Albion Northwest Road Project in the amount of $45,268.29. The motion to approve was made by Commissioner Matt Niewohner, seconded by Vice Chairman Brian J. Yosten, and carried on a roll call vote with both members present voting yes.
