The board accepted three community gifts as part of the consent agenda on April 13. Listed donors and amounts include a $350 donation to PELC STEM for live butterflies and an enclosure from Susan Fisher-Alexander; a $1,000 program donation to Pendleton High School Robotics from the AAUW of Oregon Special Projects Fund; and an $8,640 contribution from the Pendleton FFA Alumni & Friends Association to the FFA Land Lab barn project. "A letter of appreciation will be sent to each donor," the minutes record.
Director Patrick Gregg commented the grants reflect the community’s care for students. No conditions or matching requirements were reported in the minutes.
