The board officially acknowledged receipt of a letter from the Pennsylvania Office of the Governor accepting $1.25 million in Redevelopment Assistance Capital Program (RACP) funding dedicated to YMCA Phase I construction costs. Commissioner Brian W. Smith moved for the acknowledgement; Commissioner Jocelyn Cramer seconded and the motion passed unanimously.
