The board considered a Resolution of Acknowledgement of Contributions and Donations citing Minnesota Statute 123B.02, which authorizes school boards to receive and apply gifts for district purposes. Board member Praska moved and Board member Sjodin seconded the resolution; a roll-call vote recorded Gordee, Johnson, Hillstrom, Sjodin and Praska in favor and none opposed, and the resolution was declared adopted.
