Board indicates potential closed session under Texas Open Meetings Act

The Cedar Hill ISD agenda states the Board may recess to executive session under the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code Chapter 551, and specifically cites sections 551.071 (private consultation with counsel), 551.074 (personnel deliberations) and 551.082 (student discipline or complaints against personnel). "If, during the course of the meeting, the Board of Trustees should determine that a closed session is required, the Board will conduct a closed meeting in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act," the agenda reads.
