The Goliad ISD Board unanimously approved the Lone Star Governance Progress Monitoring October update covering Goal 4 (Secondary Math), Goal 5 (Secondary ELA), Superintendent Constraint Measure 3 (Teacher Incentive Allotment implementation) and Superintendent Constraint 4 (PLC implementation). Jason Howard moved to approve the monitoring update; Daniel San Miguel seconded and the vote was 7–0.
