The board authorized the superintendent to execute an interlocal agreement with Big Spring ISD to provide disciplinary alternative education placement (DAEP) services for Stanton ISD students for the 2026–2027 school year. Kelly Allred moved the motion and Jana Cook seconded; the motion passed with six yes votes and one absence.
