Avon planning commission approval pushes Fairfield Section 5 PUD past 200 lots
Council members reported the Planning Commission approved the Fairfield Section 5 planned-unit development; the change adds nine lots, moving the project from 199 to over 200 lots. A separate recreation petition from Nirvana Sports was continued for further revision.

During liaison reports at the June 25 meeting, a council member said the Planning Commission approved the Fairfield Section 5 PUD and noted the approval added lots that will place the development over a 200-lot threshold. "The 1st 1 was a Fairfield, section 5 PUD, and, we approved it. The 1 thing that was an exception is it puts them over 200 lots. They were at a 199. There these were 7 additional well, actually, 9 total additional lots," the council member said.
