KCUD audit in progress; SAM renewal and conflict-disclosure forms requested

Chairman Susan Morgan told the board that Rea Shaw Giffin & Stuart LLP is conducting the district audit and that the district provided the requested information. Morgan also reported that Empirical Energy's Ike Kiefer is assisting with renewing the district's SAM registration.
