KCUD chair files audit documents, backs ARC grant; disclosure forms distributed
Chair Susan Morgan reported audit documents were delivered to Rea, Shaw, Giffin & Stuart LLP and said she provided a letter supporting an ARC power grant for the gas line at the request of the Kemper County EDA. Counsel distributed conflict-of-interest disclosure forms for commissioners to complete.
