KCUD engineering update: waterline testing under way; regulator-site low bid within budget
Engineering Plus told the Kemper County Utility District on Nov. 19 that waterline testing is ongoing and competitive bids for a gas regulator site produced a low bid within the project's estimates and budget; contractors are expected to coordinate timing of the work.
