Engineer reports progress on regulator station; TVA access agreement expected April 22
Engineering Plus told the board that Gulf Coast Solutions has completed available work on the access road and regulator site, Kinder Morgan is continuing on-site work, a temporary Weyerhaeuser easement provides interim access, and TVA is expected to offer a licensing agreement for Board of Supervisors consideration on April 22.

Richmond Alexander of Engineering Plus updated the Kemper County Utility District board on progress at the regulator station and access road. He reported that "Contractor Gulf Coast Solutions has finished as much as it can on the access road and regulator site," that Kinder Morgan is continuing its work on the regulator site, and that the project currently uses a temporary easement through Weyerhaeuser property for access.
