The board packet presented multiple high-value procurements and contract adjustments under the consent agenda. Among the items was a Construction Services Agreement with Satterfield & Pontikes Construction, Inc. for an Aquatic Practice Facility (BP007) with a not-to-exceed amount of $25,756,000. Other notable requests included a $2,000,000 increase to an existing moving services contract (for a total not-to-exceed $3,570,420), remediation and disaster recovery services up to $1,750,000 over five years, and an increase of $510,000 to the Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) tool contract for a total not-to-exceed $1,094,155.
