At the June 30 meeting, the Kenedy County‑Wide Common School District Board voted to adopt Policy Update 127. Trustee Leticia Vela moved to approve the update and Trustee Gerardo Medellin seconded; the motion carried unanimously with each trustee recorded voting "Yea." The update was described in the agenda as incorporating revisions to legal-framework documents in large part because of Administrative Code changes following the 89th Legislative Session.
