The Hancock County commissioners opened bids July 30 for the PY24 Building Demolition and Site Revitalization Program — Group 3. Four responsive bids were read aloud: Big Iron Construction LLC $60,000; ALL Excavating & Demolition $66,300; Advanced Excavating & Demolition $93,750; and Dore & Associates, Inc. $198,800. The minutes list the bid breakdowns by property and note the procurement will follow state prevailing wage and program requirements.
