The commission discussed a revised draft of proposed criteria for data centers (Revised Draft 03/10/26) and requested clearer standards for minimum lot area and other dimensional criteria. Engineer Steve Dellinger said some municipalities base minimum lot area on building square footage and offered to provide sample criteria for the commission's consideration.
