CFO: amended budget conservative despite recent attendance dips

Lance Rainey, Chief Financial Officer, reviewed the budget tracker and enrollment figures for 2024–2025 and projected enrollment for 2025–2026 at the Feb. 9 board meeting. Rainey noted that early graduates and student illnesses affected attendance over the previous six weeks but said the amended budget adopted in October 2025 "was developed conservatively and will not negatively impact the district's overall financial position."
