Dr. Adam Spina updated the board on 2024 Bond projects and timelines. He said softball field floors were scheduled for installation the week of March 2 and painting would start when temperatures allow; Explorer Elementary is installing construction fencing and staff reported one outstanding permit. Spina announced a groundbreaking ceremony on May 4, 2026 at 2:30 p.m. for the Explorer project and noted planning continues for summer 2027 projects including a commons area to be called 'The Hive.'
