The Bishop CISD Board approved the Teacher Incentive Allotment application and an associated spending plan on April 13, 2026. Jeanette Gonzalez moved the motion and Rey Longoria seconded it; the minutes record the motion passed 5–0 with Robert Ochoa, Jr. having left the meeting at 6:32 p.m. and Marc Morales absent.
