The council considered a request to amend Ordinance 2026-05 to change the withdrawal date from the Regional Development Authority. President Kluesner said the council would follow the legal advice provided when Ordinance 2026-05 was adopted; the request received discussion but died for lack of a motion and no ordinance amendment was adopted.
