The Howe ISD Board of Trustees on April 20 approved a service agreement and payment plan with Ideal Impact for an energy conservation project. Noah Hines presented information about the projected impact on the district’s energy costs, and Superintendent Ritchie Bowling recommended accepting the agreement and payment plan.
