The Howe ISD Board approved a slate of capital improvements to be paid from available 2025 Bond Funds, including changes to the Charles R. Thompson gym, epoxy of locker rooms and stairs, epoxy of cafeteria floors in the middle school kitchen, painting of middle-school dressing rooms, replacement of concrete work, and replacement of fencing at the transportation center.
