Littlefield council authorizes TPWD Local Parks grant application, selects Jacob & Martin for engineering

Mayor Eric Turpen opened a required public hearing on Littlefield’s application to the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department (TPWD) for a 2027 Local Parks Fund grant and closed it after no citizens spoke. City Manager Ray Resendez said the hearing "was a required part of the grant application process."
