The Howe Independent School District Board approved a campus restructuring plan for the 2026–27 school year at its March 9 meeting. Superintendent Ritchie Bowling described the plan; Trustee Brad Murphy made the motion to accept and Nick Upton seconded. The board voted 7–0 to approve the restructuring.
