The Howe Independent School District Board of Trustees voted March 9 to adopt an updated graduation plan for the 2026–27 school year. Superintendent Ritchie Bowling presented the revision; Trustee Janie Finney moved to accept the plan and Trustee Charles Haley seconded. The motion passed 7–0.
