The Conestoga Township Board of Supervisors opened a public hearing on April 7, 2026 for a conditional-use application filed by Buchanan Apartments LLC for an events venue at 4459 Main Street. After noting the applicant needed additional time to follow up on Planning Commission discussions, Chairman Matthew Connelly moved and Vice Chairman Tom Grassel seconded to continue the hearing to the Board's next regular meeting on May 5, 2026; the motion passed (2-0).
