District administrators asked the board to approve submission of an Optional Flexible School Day Program (OFSDP) application for New Hope High School to the Texas Education Agency for the 2026–2027 school year. The agenda lists Angela Hodges, Gina Mitschke and Christina Lane as administrators responsible for the item and explains the program would provide targeted flexible scheduling for eligible students whose documented circumstances make traditional attendance difficult while maintaining instructional engagement, attendance documentation, and compliance with TEA requirements.
