Trustees stress clear, measurable goals for superintendent evaluation; request evaluation training

Board members discussed parameters for the superintendent’s evaluation and emphasized that goals should be clear, concise and measurable. Trustees also discussed the need for training on superintendent evaluation criteria and board self-evaluation, including the possibility of arranging a "Team of Eight" training. No formal action or vote was taken on evaluation parameters at the June 15 meeting.
