Board approves consent agenda and financial report
The board approved the consent agenda including Oct. 16 minutes, and later approved the district financial report. Both motions passed without opposition.

At the start of the meeting, Vice President Mike Stafford moved to approve the consent items, including approval of the Oct. 16, 2025 regular meeting minutes; Trustee Gary Bridges seconded and the consent agenda passed unopposed. Later in the agenda, Chief Financial Officer Teresa Montemayor presented the district financial report; Trustee Matt Buxkemper moved to approve the financial report, Vice President Mike Stafford seconded, and the motion passed without opposition.
