The Rockport-Fulton Independent School District Board of Trustees voted to delegate to the superintendent or her designee the authority to select the delivery method for the RFISD Central Administration Building Project under Texas Government Code Chapter 2269 and to select, negotiate with, and contract a licensed architect/engineer under Chapters 2254 and 2269. The motions passed unanimously.
