Town Manager provided a multidepartment update: finance reported June sales tax exceeded last year while year-to-date revenue is about 5% below budget (roughly $92,000), which staff said is covered and will still allow for a year-end surplus higher than budgeted. Manager and staff previewed the budget timeline (first draft in September; final approval planned in December) and noted several capital projects are being coordinated with state partners to realize cost savings.
