Trustees approved a tuition memorandum of understanding with Divide ISD during the June 22, 2026 meeting. Trustee Wayne McClintock moved to approve the Divide ISD Tuition Agreement "as presented" and Trustee Adam Nichols seconded; the motion carried 7-0.
