Council committees approve multiple engineering amendments, change orders and contract acceptances
On July 27 the committees approved an amendment for the Cromwell gas-line project, engineering and construction change orders for pump-station and HVAC projects, and accepted substantial-completion work — all passed unanimously or by recorded majority.
