Jarrell ISD’s Board of Trustees approved the Atlas Ranch Elementary School schematic design under the 2023 bond program and selected TEA Instructional Delivery as the Quantitative Method at Flexibility Level 3. The motion was made by Ginger Martinez and seconded by Tamara Dozier; it carried 7–0.
