Administrators Report Attendance Concerns, STAAR Prep and Student Recognitions
District administrators reported overall elementary attendance at 95.1%, announced attendance challenges and upcoming STAAR activities, and presented Rebel Pride awards for students from each campus.

At the March 16 meeting, Elementary administrator Dale Ann Mizell reported, "Attendance overall is at 95.1%." She said the district launched an attendance challenge and noted the elementary book fair and math night scheduled for March 17 and a STAAR lock-in set for March 27.
