Board President Cindy Alford certified the results of the May 2, 2026 Calhoun County ISD School Board Trustee election after she and Secretary Dana Dworaczyk tallied the returns at a special board meeting on May 7, 2026. The meeting convened in Port Lavaca at 9:30 a.m.; Superintendent Evan Cardwell was present and a quorum was established. "Mrs. Alford, Board President certified the results," according to the meeting minutes.
