At the property's owner's request, the court rescinded the previously approved Madeline Crossing Phase 1 final plat so the owner can revise the configuration; staff said no deleterious impact was anticipated and the motion passed 5–0.

Judge Hill said the court received a request to rescind court order 2026257‑03‑02 (Madeline Crossing, Phase 1) but that the agenda item lacked an explanation. Clarence Dougherty (Engineering) told the court the property owner requested the rescission to "erase what they did and come back with a different... configuration," and that staff did not identify a reason to object.
