Daniel Hebert, representing Crowe LLP, presented the 2024–25 financial audit to the board as part of the considered agenda. After the presentation Sonja Ebel moved, and Jay Michals seconded, approval of the audit. The minutes record Motion No. 6173 as "Motion by Sonja Ebel, seconded by Jay Michals to approve the 2024-25 Financial Audit as presented. Audit Approved January 12, 2026."
